These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed on the LAKELIVE online store (www.lakelive.shop), operated by Dedonatis Partners, Biel-Bienne / Nidau, Switzerland.

The products are official LAKELIVE festival merchandise, in limited edition. Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Delivery

Terms and deadlines are on the Delivery page. Free delivery for purchases over 30 CHF.

5. Withdrawal and Returns

Return unworn items with tags within 14 days — see Returns & Exchanges.

Our products are guaranteed to conform to their description. We cannot be held liable for non-compliant use.
